How many neighborhoods are in Flower Mound?
Flower Mound has roughly 90 named neighborhoods and subdivisions, from 1970s ranch lots on the west side to master-planned communities still selling their first phase. This page lists every one of them, A to Z. Where we have written a full guide, the name is linked. Where we have not yet, the name is here so you know it exists, and the guide is coming.
If you want the short version first, start with the Flower Mound neighborhood guide, which groups the 25 most-searched communities by character: golf, water, master-planned, acreage, walkable, and established value. This page is the long version... the whole town, no highlight reel.
Every Flower Mound neighborhood, A to Z
A few notes before the list. "Now selling" means the builder still has new lots or quick-move-in homes available today. Canyon Falls sits in three towns at once, so confirm which side of the line a home is on before you fall for it. And a name with no link is not a name with no story... it is one we have not written yet. Two a week, until the list is done.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which Flower Mound neighborhoods have no HOA?
Pecan Acres, North Ridge Estates, and several of the older west-side subdivisions have light or no HOA. Always confirm with the title commitment rather than the listing, because "no HOA" on a listing is not a legal finding. Our no-HOA guide walks through the details.
Which Flower Mound neighborhoods are still selling new construction?
As of September 2026: Furst Ranch, Whyburn, Dixon Estates, Town Lake at Flower Mound, Lakeside Village, Oakbridge Crossing, and Canyon Falls. Brookview and Havenwood are approved with first homes expected later. Prices, phases, and quick-move-in inventory change monthly, so check the linked guide for the current picture.
What is the most expensive neighborhood in Flower Mound?
Tour 18, Chateau Du Lac, and The Enclave at Chateau Du Lac carry the highest price floors in town, with estates that regularly trade above $2 million and some above $5 million. Chimney Rock and The Landing sit in the same range but rarely come to market.
Which Flower Mound neighborhoods are on Grapevine Lake?
Lakeside Village, The Landing, Twin Coves (Sunset Point and The Peninsula), Chateau Du Lac, The Enclave, and Bella Lago are all on or within minutes of the water. Our lake access guide explains what "lake access" actually means for each one.
Not sure which of these fits? That is the conversation we are best at. Schedule a call and we will narrow ninety neighborhoods down to the three streets that actually match what you are after.
